Volleyball is good team sport played between the two teams of six players each. The volleyball court is separated by the volleyball nets. The will make the points by passing the ball to the other court over the volleyball nets. The scoring of the volleyball game is based on the crossing of volleyball net. If one team fails to pass the ball over the volleyball nets then the point will be given to other team. The teams can touch maximum three times before the crossing it over the volleyball net. There are many rules about the volleyball net in the volleyball game.
The normal height of the volleyball net is 6 feet 6 inches (1.98m) from ground. According to the volleyball rule, if one hits the volleyball net then it is a foul and in this case the point will be given to the opposite team. The length of the volleyball net is the length of the court. An antenna is erected to the volleyball net and the all has to cross completely over the antenna. The volleyball net is made with special material. The players near the volleyball court jump to stop the ball coming to their court and try defend it.
If a player of any team touches the volleyball net then it is also a foul. The players of the volleyball are placed on certain position on either side of the volleyball nets. Each players has to stay away from the volleyball net and must not touch the volleyball net as in this case there will be foul. The game of volleyball continues until both teams pass the ball to the opposite team over volleyball net in their allowed three touches. The players can change the normal height of the volleyball net while they are practicing.
